These terms govern your use of the ClickToAutomate website. Paid engagements are governed separately by a written statement of work and master services agreement that we share before any work begins; where those documents conflict with this page, they take precedence for that engagement.

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities outside our bug bounty program, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent your affiliation with us. We may restrict access if this is abused.

The content, design, code samples, and branding on this site are owned by ClickToAutomate or used with permission. You may quote or link to pages with attribution. For work we build under an engagement, commercial terms and intellectual property are defined in that engagement's agreement. You receive the working product specified in the statement of work.

Content on this site, including comparisons and guides, is provided for general information. It is not legal, security, or compliance advice, and vendor descriptions reflect our understanding at the time of writing and may change. Verify anything you plan to rely on.

This site links to third-party services such as our scheduling provider and code repositories. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Engagement-related liability is addressed in the relevant agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
