We collect information you give us when you get in touch or work with us: contact details (name, email, company), the details of an enquiry or engagement, and any materials you share with us for a project. When you visit this website we may also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver engagements, send project communications, meet legal and accounting obligations, and — with your consent where required — send occasional updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not use client project materials to train third-party models.

During an engagement we may process data on your behalf as a processor. Where that happens it is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, which sets out purpose, security measures, sub-processors, retention, and deletion. Wherever practical we build so that data stays on your own infrastructure.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, email, scheduling, and accounting) under agreements that limit their use of it, and where the law requires disclosure. We never sell personal data.

We keep enquiry and engagement records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them. Project materials are handled per the engagement agreement and returned or deleted on request.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise them. EU/EEA and UK individuals have additional rights under the GDPR.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging, and regular reviews. See our Security page for how we handle data during an engagement.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date; where appropriate we will also notify affected clients directly.
